To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for an experienced and skilled 1 Regional After Sales Business Development Manager (f/m/d) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and consult EMEA markets to drive After Sales growth and profitability * Strengthen and support distributor networks across the region * Increase market penetration of service products through strategic initiatives * Drive retail performance via targeted actions and continuous monitoring * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Master's degree in a technical or commercial field with several years of experience in after sales portfolios for industrial goods, preferable lifting devices * Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and self-management, combined with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and openness to new ideas * Strong communication and intercultural skills with confidence in collaborating with international and external stakeholders * Fluent in English (business level), proficiency in additional languages is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant
