Under the supervision of the Director and the direction of the Specialists in Poison Information, the Pharmacy Technician II - Provider provides assessment and management advice and follow-up for emergency and informational telephone calls from the public made to the California Poison Center System at Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera, CA.
