As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work alongside experienced developers and technical experts to learn how advanced wireless communication systems are designed, implemented, tested, and optimized. What you will do Develop and maintain software in Ericsson's Cloud RAN Layer 1 platform. Use AI-assisted engineering workflows to support activities such as developing code, test creation, debugging, documentation, and code review. Work with modern C++ and performance-critical software components. Learn how 5G/6G radio systems and physical layer processing work. Participate in feature development, debugging, testing, code reviews, and continuous integration activities. Collaborate with software developers, architects, system engineers, and testers across global teams. Contribute to software quality, test coverage, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
