In this role, you will define and implement the sales strategy for the L\&M segment, expand our market share, secure sustainable order intake and margin targets, and offer effective high\-end technical solutions to renowned customers in the luxury goods, medtech and micromechanics industries. **Your contribution to success** By taking over the following tasks, you can develop your potential as well as grow and contribute to the success together with us: * Drive the continuous expansion of our footprint within the luxury goods, medtech and micromechanics markets and develop value\-based solutions. * Define, implement and execute sales and market development strategies. * Support and further develop key account customers while ensuring consistent customer engagement and segment positioning across all regions. * Ensure high\-quality sales data in CRM and product configurator systems and drive their effective use throughout the sales organization. * Provide structured market and customer feedback to product management and engineering. **That’s what you bring with you** * Completed technical education combined with broad sales skills and a relevant network in luxury goods, medtech or micromechanics applications * At least 5 years sales experience of capital goods, preferably machine tools * High level of commercial awareness and sound understanding of contract, pricing and margin requirements in complex sales transactions * Very good French and English language skills (German is an advantage) * Strategic, c
