Job description: The role Our digitalization journey is transforming how we develop the competence of our co-workers, how we work internally, and how we interact with dealers across Europe and customers worldwide. As Digitalization Lead, you will set direction, build alignment and accelerate the delivery of digital improvements that create measurable business value. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will challenge existing ways of working, translate complex business needs into clear digital priorities, and lead cross-functional collaboration from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption and value realization. You will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to Head of Service Operations Development. What you will do Own and lead the digitalization roadmap for Service Operations Ghent & EU, governing priorities and execution in line with our strategic ambitions for 2030, Provide direction and thought leadership on digitalization, advising stakeholders on where technology can create the greatest business value and ensuring that initiatives support strategic objectives.
