Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Supervising and/or leading employees by establishing performance expectations, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and addressing employee performance or conduct issues. Managing workforce activities by establishing priorities, allocating staff resources, identifying training and development needs, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet program requirements. Managing and/or evaluating personnel security and suitability programs by interpreting federal security requirements, developing procedures and controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
