It focuses on international wealth management, serving demanding clients with a team of around 45 employees and in the Compliance and Risk Team 4 employees. **The Role**To strengthen our Compliance and Risk team in Switzerland, in a growing organisation we are looking for an organized and reliable Compliance and Risk Support Officer. In this role, you will apply a strong understanding of compliance and risk to facilitate accurate record\-keeping, process follow\-up, deadline monitoring and the smooth coordination of compliance day\-to\-day activities. The position supports effective compliance and risk processes, with less focus on independent assessments or approvals. You will support the Head of Compliance and the Head of Risk. You will report to the Head of Compliance and your place of work will be Zurich. **Your Tasks*** Provide day\-to\-day operational and coordination support to the Compliance and Risk team, including scheduling, correspondence and meeting preparation* Maintain Compliance and Risk registers, monitoring tools, trackers and electronic files, ensuring accurate records and effective document control* Monitor deadlines, outstanding actions and control requirements; follow up with stakeholders and escalate delays or issues to the responsible Risk or Compliance officer* Assist with risk assessments and ongoing risk monitoring by gathering relevant information, documenting results and tracking agreed mitigating actions* Perform defined Compliance and Risk controls, document the results, identify exceptions and escalate findings to the responsible officer* Support client due diligence and periodi
