Counter Assistant

Location: Unanderra/ Wollongong Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm Pay rate: $34.65 Duties: Assisting customers face-to-face at the branch counter. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Handling day-to-day customer enquiries. Candidate requirements: Good customer service and admin skills. Reliable, motivated and willing to learn. Willing to develop strong product knowledge through training. Available to travel to Sydney for additional training during the first few weeks.
