Let us #CreateJourneysTogether We are looking for 5 Internship Digital Inflight Customer Solutions (all genders) As we continue to expand and optimize our existing Lufthansa Group Inflight Connectivity Portals, we are looking for a dedicated individual to shape and further develop the entire content management process. Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term Tasks * You coordinate the collection and handling of new content requirements from various stakeholders such as Group Airlines, Retail Media, Marketing etc * You prioritize content, plan implementation, and create tickets in our ticketing system * You are responsible for maintaining and editing content in the CMS, creating engaging copy, and handling smaller design tasks * You conduct internal reviews, functional tests, and user experience checks, ensuring content consistency across tenants * You analyze usage data, monitor performance, and derive targeted actions based on your findings * You will work closely with the team, continuously improve the user experience, effectiveness and support the scaling and centralization of content Behind the scenes Creating the future together Together we bring people and cultures closer and give our work real meaning.
