As a Customer Order Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will play a key role in managing repair, lease, and exchange orders. In this position, you will coordinate order processing for customers, suppliers, and repair stations across the entire supply chain. Your tasks: - You will serve as the primary point of contact for repair, lease, and exchange orders, as well as for inquiries from international customers and repair stations. - You will manage ongoing order execution and conversion activities while ensuring compliance with agreed service level performance targets. - In direct customer interactions, you will respond to questions regarding process status, commercial matters, and urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests. - You will analyze customer-related issues, complaints, and deviations, and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal and external stakeholders. - Daily coordination with repair stations will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. - You will ensure that customers are informed promptly and transparently about repair statuses and available service alternatives. - In addition, you will support material and procurement management activities, contribute to performance reporting, and participate in continuous improvement projects. - In day-to-day operations, you will maintain an end-to-end view of the supply chain and contribute to reliable delivery performance.
