Role Summary The purpose of the role is to lead the global Talent, People Analytics and Data Management agenda within Production, Procurement and Logistics (PPL), ensuring that people, capability and workforce decisions are supported by robust processes, high-quality data and actionable insights. The role enables sustainable business performance and transformation by strengthening talent and leadership pipelines, supporting succession and development, and transforming people data into insights that guide strategic workforce decisions. Acting as a key bridge between the PPL business, Group P&C and the global CoE structure, the role ensures that business needs are translated into relevant global processes, data requirements and solutions. The role also drives alignment, governance and continuous improvement across the PPL Process Manager network and supports effective implementation and adoption across countries and business units Job Responsibilities Lead PPL’s global talent and succession agenda, ensuring strong leadership pipelines, talent pools and development planning for critical roles and future capabilities. Transform people data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and governance, and support the effective use and development of SAP MySuccess, Power BI and related HR systems. Lead and harmonize global P&C processes, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement, automation and process effectiveness across PPL. Coordinate global implementation. Facilitate Process Manager and CoE networks, and provide validated reporting and performance insights to PPL Management. Build strong relationships across PPL, Group P&C, CoEs, HRBPs and local organizations, representing business needs and promoting knowledge sharing and data-driven decision-making.
