We are looking for a highly motivated Feed Regulatory Affairs professional to establish and drive the regulatory framework for a strategic area within our Taste & Wellbeing department. You will have a unique opportunity to shape regulatory strategy from the ground up, enabling innovation, supporting portfolio development, and ensuring successful market access across global regions. You will report to the Head of Pet Food and this role can be based in Europe. Your main responsibilities will include:Regulatory Intelligence & StrategyMonitor and evaluate global, regional, and local regulatory developments relevant to the business areaAssess regulatory risks and opportunities and communicate business impacts to stakeholdersDevelop and implement regulatory strategies that support business objectives and market expansionContribute to regulatory advocacy activities and industry engagement where appropriate Regulatory Framework DevelopmentEstablish regulatory processes, policies, and guidance documents for the new business areaEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal requirementsProvide expert regulatory advice and practical guidance to internal stakeholdersAlign regional regulatory requirements with global business strategies Business & Portfolio SupportSupport ingredient, raw material, and product evaluations to enable portfolio developmentPartner with R&D and Innovation teams to identify compliant and commercially viable solutionsConduct regulatory assessments for new products, technologies, and market opportunitiesDeliver accurate responses to customer and business regulatory inquiries System & Process ExcellenceCollaborate with Regulatory Innovation and Digital teams to implement and improve regulatory systems and toolsHelp develop customer-facing regulatory documentationImprove of regulatory processes, data quality, and operational efficiency Your professional profile includes:University Degree (minimum Master) in a scientific fi
