Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at**Job Description**Join our **new Collaboration \& Power Solutions Team** and play a key role in advancing our **cloud\-first strategy** and shapinga **modern digital workplace**.As our **M365 Expert**, you will take technical ownership of the **Microsoft 365 collaboration platform** and help establish secure, scalable services and effective governance. You will also **drive adoption** through a champion community, change and adoption initiatives, training sessions, webinars, and expert talks—helping colleagues unlock the full value of Microsoft 365\.**Key Responsibilities*** **Own the M365 collaboration platform:** Lead the architecture, configuration and lifecycle of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, delivering secure, scalable and standardised solutions. **Drive adoption and enablement:** Lead rollouts and change initiatives, deliver training and community activities, and use adoption insights to improve services and the roadmap.* **Establish architecture and governance:** Co\-define M365 standards and policies, implement lifecycle and access controls, and work with Security \& Compliance to safeguard data and meet compliance requirements.* **Ensure operational excellence:** Act as the third\-level expert for M365 collaboration services, support incident, problem and change management, and equip Service Desk and Operations teams with documen
