About the job You lead our global talent growth and performance agenda, connecting people priorities with business needs and Group frameworks. Working together with HR teams and business leaders across Mining, you help activate talent, succession, and performance practices that support long-term workforce readiness. Through collaboration, influence, and practical guidance, you help translate strategy and talent insights into meaningful development, mobility, and growth outcomes. Job responsibilities Drive succession readiness for critical roles with clear and inclusive practices. Turn talent reviews and workforce insights into clear development Enable internal mobility by increasing talent visibility and strengthening growth. Shape performance and growth practices that create clear direction and impact. Strengthen early-career, emerging talent and leadership pipelines with targeted development opportunities. Use talent insights to identify risks, track outcomes and focus improvements. Strengthen the exit experience with a consistent approach and actionable insights. Location and flexibility This is a global position. Stockholm is the preferred location, although flexibility is offered for the right candidate.
