Ref 2583253 \\\| Date: 6 Oct 2026 !\[Gi Life Sciences\]( ) \*\*Specialist Scheduling \\\& Cell Logistics\*\* For our client based in Neuchâtel, the Life Sciences team is looking for : temporary position ### \*\*Specialist Scheduling \\\& Logistics \\- Temporary position\*\* \*\*Tasks:\*\* • Perform daily operations • Participation in projects • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling assigned treatment sites • Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment sites an manufacturing sites • Enter and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules in the planning system • Troubleshoot and develop action plans for problems encountered • Management of product returns and product replacements if necessary • Manage the process of scheduling patients at sites. • Provide real\\-time planning portal support to external users • Create and maintain master data in the account management system • Participate and lead meetings with teams \*\*Profile:\*\* • Diploma in customer service or Supply Chain • Flexibility to meet changing business needs • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment • Skills in information planning and organization • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills • Fluent in English, German \\\& French good knowledge • Experience working in customer service, call center operations, account management, logistics or supply chain • Know how to work under pressure and in a demanding environment • Be flexible to travel (10%) \*GI LIFE SCIENCES CONTACT\* \*\[Write an email\](\< \>)\* jpid843d26ejm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
