Job Introduction We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Mercedes division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, on a 3 week rota (8am 4:30pm, 8.30am 5pm & 9am to 5.30pm). You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime.
