As (Associate) Project Coordinator in Facility Management, you will play a crucial role in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects and initiatives at BTEC. You will own project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communications, keeping timelines, risks, and deliverables aligned. Working closely with the Facility Management team, you will streamline internal processes and drive cross-functional coordination across maintenance, engineering, workplace, waste & logistics, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple engineering disciplines in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do - Plan, track, and coordinate key projects and initiatives across the Facility Management team and wider stakeholder groups - Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and presentations for internal and senior stakeholders - Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals and drive timely follow-up on action items - Coordinate with internal teams — including maintenance, engineering, workplace, and waste & logistics — to ensure seamless communication and project alignment - Organise and manage schedules, agendas, and documentation for strategic meetings and project milestones - Leverage
