About the job The Incubator within Alfa Laval's Core Automation organization explores new platforms, technologies and development initiatives that shape the future of Alfa Laval's control systems offering. As Product Owner, you will turn the technology roadmap into coordinated, meaningful deliveries, from early research into new toolkits, platforms and technologies to development initiatives that will serve as the foundation for next-generation control system applications. Working at the intersection of the Technology Manager, stakeholders and development teams, you will create clarity, align priorities and help the team move forward without unnecessary obstacles. You will translate complex needs into well-defined work items, guide initiatives across the OT platform portfolio and ensure that users, customers and their everyday challenges remain central throughout the design and development process. Key responsibilities: Deliver initiatives supporting the direction in the technology roadmap for the initiatives' relevant stakeholders. Refine work items and translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and backlog items.
