In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and project teams to deliver technology that improves diagnostic workflows and ultimately contributes to better patient care.Your role:- Lead end-to-end Philips Digital Pathology implementation projects, guiding customers through their transition to digital workflows from planning through go-live- Deliver projects successfully by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, compliance, risks, and customer requirements- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, consolidating technical, clinical, integration, and implementation activities aligned with customer contracts and success criteria- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners while ensuring effective communication, resource planning, and information flow- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from laboratory staff and clinicians to executive leadership, while leading international project teams- Oversee project execution, including progress tracking, budget management, change requests, corrective actions, stakeholder reporting, issue resolution, and escalations- Ensure compliance with project management, business, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accountability for customer acceptance, documentation, schedules, quality, and overall project outcomes- Drive continuous improvement through forecasting, lessons learned, best-practice s
