Responsibilities Define the target operating model for Agentic AI within IT project and application delivery. Identify activities for AI agents versus human responsibilities, including human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and escalation. Integrate the operating model into established governance frameworks, roles, and release planning. Design a controlled Agentic AI-enabled delivery flow covering architecture, development, security reviews, and testing. Translate the target model into requirements for the existing toolchain to ensure end-to-end traceability. Support pilot use cases and formulate recommendations for further industrialization and scaling. Requirements 8+ years of experience in IT governance, project delivery, and Agile software delivery. Expert knowledge of PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile methodologies. Proven expertise in Generative AI , AI agents , and agentic workflows . You possess deep experience designing operating models, governance processes, roles, and controls. You bring a strong understanding of SDLC , CI/CD , release management , and DevOps ways of working. You have practical experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) and ServiceNow . You possess experience with AI-assisted software engineering , multi-agent orchestration , or LLM governance . You're skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication across management and technical teams. You are fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Knowledge of Architecture Decision Records , APIs , and integration architecture . Experience with LLM observability tools.
