Jobomschrijving Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the local leadership team, you will lead the commercial function, shape the sales strategy, develop key customer relationships and manage a team of experienced sales professionals.Commercial Strategy & Growth Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Belgian market. Translate business objectives into clear action plans and measurable KPIs. Identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives. Monitor commercial performance, sales activity and pipeline development. Contribute to the overall business strategy as a member of the management team. Team Leadership Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer value and commercial results. Support the team in managing complex sales cycles and strategic accounts. Ensure effective collaboration across departments. Key Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with major national customers. Manage executive-level conversations with key decision-makers. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Act as a trusted partner for strategic clients and stakeholders. Marketing Coordination Coordinate local marketing initiatives in collaboration with international colleagues. Manage relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.
