It delivers high\-profile events and collaborates with a broad range of public and private sector stakeholders.**Description*** Support the planning and execution of security operations for international events.* Assist in the development and implementation of security concepts, risk mitigation measures, and operational plans.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and security service providers.* Manage security\-related documentation, administrative processes, and event planning activities.* Liaise with venues, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure security requirements are met.* Monitor the progress of security preparations and follow up on key action items.* Contribute to operational readiness and event security logistics.* Provide on\-site support during events and assist with the coordination of security operations.**Profile*** Degree or equivalent professional experience in Security, Law Enforcement, Military Service, Risk Management, or a related field.* Previous experience in event security, operational security, or security coordination.* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and multicultural environment.* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external service providers.* Fluent English, both written and spoken.* German language skills at a minimum B2 level are mandato
