VP of Operations

Job Description Job Description Our client is hiring a Vice President of Operations to lead and unify operations across a national, multi-branch platform. This is not a maintenance role managing a well-oiled machine. This is the opportunity to build the operating model, set the standard, and lead the field organization for a scaling national brand that's still defining what operational excellence looks like at scale.
