Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities. Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches. Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to develop risk mitigation strategies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend necessary adjustments. A successful Compliance Officer should have: A degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in compliance within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
