For our growing team into the PLM team, we are looking for a **Business Analyst PLM** **Job description** ###### As a Business Analyst PLM, you will: * Act as co\-owner of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) evolution projects and contribute to the Swatch Group's digital transformation initiatives * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of end\-to\-end processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform * Analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions leveraging Dassault Systèmes technologies * Lead and coordinate projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support * Serve as Simulation Service Owner for Swatch Group companies, managing solutions such as SIMULIA (Abaqus, Simpack, CST Studio), Ansys, Forge, and Sigmasoft * Provide functional and technical support to Simulation users across the Group * Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in collaboration with Swatch Group brands and manufacturing entities * Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the migration of companies to the 3DEXPERIENCE collaborative platform * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the continuous improvement of PLM processes and solutions **Profile** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Interest in innovation, digital transformation and engineering processes * First experience in project management or willingness to develop project management sk
