To strengthen its team in Basel, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a **Senior Manager Strategic Manufacturing Solutions (Downstream Processing \- Biologics) Healthcare Industry – German speaking – immediately available or available at short notice (Ref. 2816\) \- Basel** In this key role, you will drive the development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes for biologics, supporting activities from process development through GMP manufacturing. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams including Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and international production sites to ensure operational excellence and manufacturing readiness. **Your main tasks*** Evaluate, optimize, and enhance manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance* Lead technology transfer and scale\-up activities into GMP manufacturing environments* Ensure manufacturing readiness through effective process implementation and operational support* Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during production campaigns and process\-related challenges* Develop and execute strategies to improve process performance, quality, and regulatory compliance* Collaborate with cross\-functional and international stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and projects* Support customer engagements, technical presentations, audits, inspections, and problem\-solving activities**Your profile*** **Master’s degree or PhD** in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.* **Several years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry** (manufacturing, process development, technology transfer, or process validation)* **Strong technical expertise in biologics manufacturing processes**, preferably within Downstream
