We are looking for a precise extension assembly worker who wants to carry out the final step in the production process of gearboxes and electric motors. Read on! Over het werk As an extension assembly worker, you are responsible for accurately mounting the gearbox onto the electric motor. The correct position is indicated in advance, and the mounting is done using bolts which you securely fasten yourself. The work is not complicated, but it does require precision and technical insight. It is important that you carry out the tasks carefully, especially if a bolt offers resistance; instead of forcing it, you take a moment to check what is causing the issue. You are not required to build complete gearboxes or electric motors. This is done in an earlier stage of the process. Your role is to ensure that the final assembly phase is carried out correctly, so that the gearboxes are ready for final inspection. Accuracy is essential. There is room for development: as an extension assembly worker, you can further develop yourself and potentially grow into a role as an assembly worker, if you are interested. Wat wij bieden - Full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract - Modern and dynamic working environment - Friendly and supportive team - Thorough onboarding process to help you fully settle into the role Wat wij vragen - Technical insight or experience working with tools is an advantage - Ability to work accurately and affinity with technical work - Willingness to commit to the company for a longer period - Comfortable working in a physically active role
