Enterprise Cybersecurity protects Daimler Truck's global enterprise environments and enables secure digital transformation. The function brings together cybersecurity strategy, operations, identity security, architecture, technology governance, cyber risk management and emerging technology security. You will lead an international organization of approximately 160 employees, including five direct reports, and steer an annual budget responsibility of approximately EUR 40 million. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Define and execute the Enterprise Cybersecurity roadmap in line with business priorities, the evolving threat landscape and the overall cybersecurity strategy. - Steer teams of global cybersecurity operations, including SOC capabilities, threat detection, incident response and cyber resilience programs. - Drive the global identity security strategy and ensure secure, scalable authentication, authorization and privileged access controls in close alignment with IT Infrastructure. - Drive enterprise security architecture, security-by-design principles, cloud security standards and the integration of cybersecurity requirements into IT
