As President, you lead one of the world's most respected industrial businesses and play a pivotal role in delivering Sandvik's Advancing to 2030 strategy through growth, innovation, digitalization and operational excellence. Business area Machining is the global leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for advanced industrial metal cutting, as well as metal powder. About the job With overall responsibility for the business, you set the direction and lead the execution of business area Machining's strategy and performance agenda. Machining consists of a portfolio of leading divisions and businesses, each with its own market position, strategy and profit and loss responsibility. A key part of your role is to foster and strengthen Sandvik's decentralized model, empowering division presidents and leadership teams to drive performance, innovation and customer success while ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction of business area Machining and Sandvik Group. You are accountable for sustainable growth, profitability, innovation and customer success across the portfolio.
