Transmission Asset Planning Manager

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-13). Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting at least three (3) of the following: - Maintain the capital investment plan, determine the business merits, business case analysis, provide recommendations to management, and/or monitor the implementation of power facilities, transformers/transmissions, and/or power construction projects. - Manage and/or oversee the use of maintenance management systems such as MAXIMO, etc. - Oversee performance of contracting officer representative duties for architectural, engineering, other technical services contracts in support of maintenance and/or construction projects. - Establish annual and multi-year goals and assist in work plans for the work directed for the office.
