Our client is an international company active in medical supplies and accessories. They are looking for a temporary (but with probability of becoming permanent) Tender & Pricing Coordinator who is fluent in German and English. Jobomschrijving As a Pricing & Tender Coordinator DACH you will have two main pillars:1) Pricing You analyse pricing strategies and habits in your markets and develop the company's pricing structure You make sure prices get approved and implemented You communicate new price quotations to your customers You are responsible for implementing your pricing in SAP You update price catalogues 2) Tender & Sales Support You manage tender processes from A to Z (preparation, analyses, contracts, pitches, ...) You communicate important contract changes You monitor the tender renewals You analyze clients complaints regarding contracting and pricing A successful Pricing & Tender Coordinator DACH should have: Experience in tender, pricing and customer service or administrative roles Knowledge of pricing and tender processes Strong organisational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and SAP Fluency in English and German Ideally your are immediately available
