As Art Director in Group Brand & Marketing, you are responsible for the creative direction, design and production of Saab's highest-priority brand and marketing activities, working in close collaboration with our Integrated Marketing Lead / Creative Director, with clear alignment to Saab's brand platform, marketing strategy and governance model. Based on your experience, you have a comprehensive and holistic understanding of creative direction, design and content. This role operates at both strategic and operational levels and supports Saab's positioning and business growth by translating our purpose, values and offerings into work that is clear, credible and distinctive. We are building a world-class brand and marketing team for the whole group, bringing brand strategy, campaign concepting, content and digital together under a single creative ambition, with a new brand platform now rolling out across the organisation. You will be one of the first creatives to join that build, with real ownership of the work and a short distance between having an idea and seeing it live. You are based in Stockholm and will work with various departments, including Business Areas, sales, markets, and external production partners, to ensure creative work is consistent, high quality and relevant. The role will require some travel for productions, site visits and work with local teams and markets. You will also act as a senior creative voice and trusted partner to internal stakeholders, senior in judgement and hands-on by instinct, as comfortable holding creative direction on Group-level work as developing the work yourself.
