<p><strong>As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives.</strong></p>
<p><strong>This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business-from strategy and finance to product development, operations and marketing.</strong></p>

<p>**One day you might optimize warehouse operations, the next you'll coordinate a product launch, improve our customer experience, implement Al tools or work with suppliers to solve production challenges.<br>

<p><strong>* Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Implement Al tools and automation across the organization.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows.</strong></p>

<h2>Qualifikation</h2>
<p><strong>* Bachelor's or Master's degree</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* You enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Excellent communication skills in German and English.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Experience with Excel, Notion and Al tools such as Claude is a plus.</strong></p>
<p><strong>* Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations or consumer brands is a plus-but attitude matters more than your CV.</strong></p>
