<p class="isSelectedEnd">As an Online Marketing Coordinator – Working Student, you will support our Online Marketing team in delivering engaging digital marketing initiatives that connect patients with clinical research opportunities. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital campaigns, SEO and performance analysis while contributing to meaningful healthcare projects. Because you'll be creating and supporting content for our German-speaking audience, native-level German and fluent English are essential for success in this role.</p>
<p><strong><br><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(230, 126, 35);">As a Online Marketing Coordinator - Working Student, you would be responsible for:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the planning, coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.</li>
<li>Assist in creating and optimising digital content, including website content, newsletters, landing pages and social media materials.</li>
<li>Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation and website performance monitoring.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide insights to support continuous optimisation.</li>
<li>Conduct market, competitor and audience research to help identify opportunities for improving patient recruitment campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues across Online Marketing and other internal teams to support shared business objectives.</li>
<li>Provide operational and administrative support to the Online Marketing team and assist with additional marketing projects as required.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>We would like you to have: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Native-level German language skills and fluent English (C1/C2).</li>
<li>Enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Marketing, Communication Science, Digital Media, or a related field.</li>
<li>A basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Reddit.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.</li>
<li>An interest in healthcare, clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Previous exposure to digital marketing through internships, university projects or part-time work is advantageous but not essential.</li>
