WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Applying knowledge of adolescent health and/or school health programs, priorities, and public health systems to support the development, and oversight of contracts, IPAs, and IAAs. Serving as a Contract and Program Specialist for the division by working closely with program, scientific, and management staff to provide contract support. Requires Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR) Level II certification.
