As a Purchasing & Supply Specialist at Momo Medical, you make sure we keep caregivers around the world happy by ensuring the right products are always in the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities - Manage and follow up on purchase orders from order to delivery. - Maintain a clear overview of many ongoing orders, suppliers and delivery dates and our Kanban System - Negotiate prices, lead times and conditions with suppliers. - Identify shortages and supply risks before they affect production. - Automate and streamline the purchasing process wherever possible. - Bring more structure and clarity to our purchasing processes while keeping things simple and practical. - Organize team retrospectives to discuss what can be improved and turn ideas into small, actionable improvements. - Work closely with Production, Finance and suppliers.
