Core responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, from intake and sourcing to offer management and onboarding support. - Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on workforce planning, role design, and market insights. - Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles using direct sourcing, networking, and talent pipelines. - Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and hiring decisions. - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and consistent assessment practices. - Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and drive process improvements. - Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization in relevant talent markets. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.
