To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/div) for the position of Legal & Compliance Officer / Specialist (m/f/d) Job overview The Legal & Compliance Officer / Specialist serves as a trusted business partner to management and internal stakeholders, providing legal guidance and ensuring that business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards and internal policies. The role supports the development of a strong governance and compliance culture while enabling sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day legal and compliance advice to executive management and all functions (Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, HR, Commercial and Business Development, Finance, etc.); - Draft, review and support the negotiation of commercial agreements, including NDAs, licensing, supply, distribution, developing, service and manufacturing agreements and other legal documents; - Monitor applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, assessing their impact on the company’s business activities; - Develop, implement and continuously improve legal, compliance and corporate governance policies and procedures and internal controls; - Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, including pharmaceutical advertising, interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption requirements, data protection regulations and relevant industry codes. - Develop and execute compliance monitoring activities, compliance audits and risk assessments, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions where required; - Promote a strong culture of integrity and compliance through training, communication and awareness initiatives across the organizat
