Are you curious about how great beverages are made - and would you like to learn the craft in a fast-paced production environment? FLO is growing, and we're looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our production team at Sollihøgda, just outside Oslo. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys practical work, pays attention to the details and wants to learn. You might already have some experience from food or beverage production – or you may have recently graduated and be looking for the right place to start your career. Either way, you don't need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you're reliable, curious and ready to get involved. What you’ll get involved in? As our Assistant Brewer, you'll work closely with our Brewers and support the daily production of our beverages. You'll be involved throughout the process – from preparing ingredients and monitoring production to cleaning equipment and keeping accurate batch records. Reporting to the Head of Operations, your main responsibilities will include: Brewing & blending: Weighing and preparing ingredients and assisting with mixing according to recipes and SOPs. You'll also operate and monitor equipment such as tanks, pumps, mixers, DAW and carbonation systems. Process monitoring: Measuring and recording production data such as temperature, pH, Brix, ABV and carbonation levels, while keeping accurate batch records. Cleaning & sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing vessels, tanks, hoses, mixers and other production equipment, including carrying out Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures. Safe production: Following our hygiene, food safety and HSE procedures, including the correct use of PPE when handling chemicals. Supporting the team: Helping our Brewers with their daily work and supporting filling, packaging and other production activities when needed. You'll also keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right and report equipment issues or process deviations quickly. Good production is a team
