Our innovative products and services, supported by our global dealer network, deliver exceptional value that helps our customers succeed.We are looking for a test technician (m/f/d) to join our team at our Kiel site as soon as possible.Responsibilities and requirements- Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on engine test stands- Commission gas engines and monitor specified measurement parameters- Work according to work orders, procedures, inspection instructions, drawings and standard work- Operate test-cell computers, visualisation systems, software and measuring equipment- Carry out maintenance and servicing activities on test equipment- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification- Experience in engine assembly and/or commissioning is highly desirable- Willingness to work shifts(Shift pattern: the role is shift-based; it will be a rolling 3-shift model, at the moment we are working in 2 shifts (early/late)NoteA valid work permit or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country is required for this position.Your benefits – what we offer you- Varied, responsible and challenging roles- Excellent earning potential in line with the collective agreement, including special payments such as Christmas and holiday bonuses- 30 days’ holiday- Company pension scheme- Bicycle leasing / JobticketWhen you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other.
