Ensure accurate planning & control, compliant reporting, and data-driven decision-making for management and stakeholders. Key responsibilities - Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning for Dienstverlening. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and translate results into actionable advice. - Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, and statutory/municipal financial reports. - Support year-end closing activities, audits, and internal control processes. - Advise managers on business cases, investments, policy proposals, and cost/benefit analyses. - Improve financial processes, data quality, and reporting automation in collaboration with colleagues. - Act as a proactive sparring partner for budget holders and project leads. Required skills and qualifications - Finance & control expertise in planning, reporting, and financial analysis. - Advisory skills : clear communication, stakeholder management, and influencing. - Analytical capability : interpret complex data and identify trends and risks. - Accuracy and compliance mindset with strong attention to detail. - Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel ; familiarity with BI/reporting tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently, prio...
