We are looking for experienced Concrete Workers , Rebar Workers , and Shuttering Carpenters for long-term construction projects with reputable clients across Trøndelag. You will be involved in concrete structures from start to finish, including formwork installation, reinforcement work, and concrete placement, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. What We Offer • Competitive salary according to collective agreements • Pension scheme (OTP and AFP) • Required safety courses and training • Long-term projects with recognized contractors • Accommodation support when needed • Salary paid every 14 days • Travel allowance for distances over 7.5 km • Work clothes and PPE provided • Assistance with registrations and documentation Responsibilities • Build, install, and dismantle formwork systems • Perform reinforcement and rebar installation according to drawings • Participate in concrete pouring, finishing, and related works • Read and follow technical drawings and specifications • Cooperate with site management and other trades • Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements • Experience as a concrete worker, rebar worker, or shuttering carpenter • Ability to read and understand technical drawings • Good practical skills and physical fitness • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently • Scandinavian construction experience is an advantage • Class B driving license is an advantage Interested?
