SUPERVISORY MILITARY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining Navy Total Force Manpower and Pay Personnel Administrative Support System (PASS) records utilizing EDVR and ODCR directives; 2) Resolving complex military pay, travel, and entitlement issues using JFTR and NAVCOMPT procedures; 3) Managing, tracking, and reporting student enrollment data utilizing CeTARS, eNTRS, and CANTRAC databases; 4) Administering security programs, accounting for classified materials, and advising leadership on organizational security impact; and 5) Supervising staff, and managing performance evaluations (FITREPs/Evals), drafting official correspondence, and providing briefs to executive leadership on complex personnel matters.
