Role Summary An experienced Requirements & Delivery Manager – SAP FI is needed to support the continued development and optimization of accounting processes within a large-scale finance platform. The assignment focuses on strengthening core accounting capabilities and advancing SAP FI-based solutions, including integrations with internal and external service providers, technical client interfaces, invoicing, status communication, dunning, and debt collection. The role bridges business and technical stakeholders by transforming needs into clear, structured, scalable, reusable, and implementation-ready requirements. You will contribute to prioritization, solution design, delivery planning, and quality assurance throughout the requirements-to-delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholder groups. Translate business needs into structured, implementation-ready requirements for SAP FI-related solutions. Define and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and requirements concepts. Assess requirements based on business value, relevance, feasibility, time, effort, and cost considerations. Support backlog prioritization and ensure requirements are appropriately prepared for established delivery processes. Develop solution proposals for existing accounting processes and new platform features. Prepare decision materials, delivery roadmaps, recommendations, and documentation for stakeholders.
