Are you ready to help us find the next market for Unplugged? Unplugged develops and offers wireless power and data technology for demanding industrial applications to the market. As part of the Blue House group, Unplugged works closely with our sister company, Blue Logic . While Blue Logic specializes in subsea interfaces, valves, and tools, Unplugged focuses on inductive charging and gigabit data transfer, including subsea electronics and software integration. We are looking for a self-driven commercial profile who can take our commercialized products into new markets. You will identify where our inductive products technology create value, engage with customers, build scalable sales channels and turn opportunities into orders. The role is located in Kristiansand and reports to Chief Growth Officer in Unplugged. You will also be a key member of the Blue House Commercial team. Key Tasks Identify and develop new markets, applications and customers for Unplugged’s commercialized products Generate leads, engage customers and partners, and drive opportunities from first contact to order Develop and execute commercial strategies with OEMs, distributors, integrators and end users Develop digital sales channels and including webshop/e-commerce Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM and provide market feedback to drive product and commercial strategies Marketing strategies Qualifications Commercial and self-driven, with experience from B2B sales, technical sales, business development, or e-commerce. 3-5 years experience Self-driven and comfortable in engaging in customer dialog translating technology into clear customer value Experience with webshop, digital sales channels or scalable product sales with partners is a strong advantage Experience in subsea/marine and/or military industry is an advantage Technical education or experience in engineering, electronics, automation or similar is beneficial Professional English is required; Norwegian and other languages are an a
