This is an interim assignment of approximately six months with a preferred start at short notice and potential for longer\-term opportunities. **Description** * Take ownership of the site's **flagship ISO 45001 certification project** while advancing ISO 14001 readiness and overall HSE maturity. * Ensure compliance with **Swiss HSE legislation** and act as the primary contact for authorities, including SUVA, labour inspectorates, and environmental agencies. * Define and execute the site's HSE strategy, objectives, KPIs, and improvement roadmap * Coordinate risk assessments and implement effective mitigation measures * Drive proactive safety initiatives to reduce incidents and occupational risks * Manage contractor safety and ensure compliance with site procedures * Lead or support incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis * Oversee corrective and preventive action plans and monitor effectiveness * Coordinate internal and external HSE audits and support certification processes * Manage environmental programmes, reporting, and performance monitoring * Act a
