If this sounds appealing to you, we encourage you to apply for our Surface Treatment Specialist position.Surface Treatment Specialist 100%As a Surface Treatment Specialist you will:- Prepare engine components (e.g. leaning, masking, degreasing)- Perform surface finishing processes (e.g. coating, plating)- Conduct mechanical finishing tasks such as grinding and blending- Carry out self‑inspection and document results- Operate and monitor treatment processes and equipment- Follow safety, quality and chemical‑handling standards- Apply 5S and support continuous improvement initiativesYour Profile- Completed technical apprenticeship (surface treatment, mechanics, production, or similar)- Experience in paint, coating, blending or plating- Reliable, accurate and quality‑driven work style- Team‑oriented, flexible, dependable- Good German skills (minimum B2); English beneficial- Willingness to work 2‑shift- Basic IT skills
