You are a key point of contact on the work floor and maintain an overview of the day-to-day logistics operations. At the same time, you take an active, hands-on role in the work yourself. You operate a forklift, reach truck and pallet truck and assist wherever needed. You maintain an overview of the logistics operations and organise the work to ensure everything runs smoothly. You guide and supervise colleagues in a clear and positive manner. You monitor safety, quality and the correct execution of all activities. You accurately scan labels and storage locations and ensure that all movements of goods are correctly registered. When deviations or unexpected situations occur, you respond quickly and take a practical approach to finding solutions. As a key point of contact on the work floor, you contribute to effective teamwork and cooperation. You help ensure that logistics operations are carried out efficiently and in an organised manner. You have experience in a logistics or warehouse environment and are familiar with day-to-day warehouse operations. You have experience supervising, guiding or coordinating employees . Working hands-on alongside the team is an important part of this position and is something you are comfortable with. You have practical experience operating a forklift and/or reach truck and hold the required certificates. Experience with a pallet truck is an advantage, but not a requirement. You are able to
