Your tasks: - SRE & Cloud Operations: Coordinate SRE and cloud operations to ensure stable, secure, and reliable cloud-based services across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other environments - Incident & Problem Management: Own P1/P2 incidents, lead RCA activities, and implement sustainable remediation and risk-reduction measures - Reliability & Observability: Drive automation, monitoring, observability, scalability, performance optimization, and continuous reliability improvements - Service Performance Management: Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs to ensure transparency, service quality, and continuous improvement - Release & Change Management: Plan and coordinate application/platform releases, Kubernetes, middleware, databases, rollouts, and associated integration, regression, and acceptance testing - Security, Compliance & Stakeholders: Support NIS2 compliance, operational security, incident reporting, and risk management while aligning engineering, security, architecture, customers, and other stakeholders - Service Excellence & Leadership: Ensure operational services, support models, resources, and customer commitments meet contractual expectations while mentoring SREs and improving operational processes and practices Your profile: - Education & Professional Experience: Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 5–8+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations, including coordination of complex technical deliveries without direct people management
