The role ensures timely delivery, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and effective coordination with customs authorities, logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** \& Supply Chain * Manage EU import and export logistics operations and cross\-border shipments. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and other logistics service providers. * Monitor shipment status, customs clearance, delivery schedules, and logistics costs. * Identify and resolve logistics, customs clearance, and delivery issues. * Drive logistics process improvements and cost\-saving initiatives. \& Trade Compliance * Oversee customs declarations, import duties, tariffs, VAT, and related documentation. * Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and applicable import/export requirements. * Develop and maintain customs procedures, policies, and compliance controls. * Maintain accurate customs records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. * Monitor changes in EU customs legislation and assess their impact on business operations. * Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Product, and Supply Chain teams on customs and trade compliance matters.
